Silica for Tires

High-dispersion precipitated silica for tire treads, hoses, belts, seals, and technical rubber. It partially replaces carbon black to enable “green tire” performance with lower rolling resistance and better wet grip.

Our Standard Offering (Customizable to fit-for-Purpose)

  1. Type: Amorphous precipitated silica

  2. BET surface area: ~206 m²/g

  3. Average agglomerate size: ~4.3 µm

  4. pH (5% slurry): ~7

Highly Dispersible Silica for Tires

Purpose-

Reinforcing filler improving modulus, tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and dynamic properties

Industrial Rubber Silica

High performance precipitated silica for industrial rubber goods such as conveyor belts, hoses, gaskets, seals, rice rollers, and vibration damping parts. It is designed for easy mixing, high durability, and resistance to heat aging in demanding service conditions.

Our Standard Offering (Customizable to fit-for-Purpose)

  1. Type: Amorphous precipitated silica, rubber-grade

  2. BET surface area: ~206 m²/g

  3. Average agglomerate size: ~4.3 µm

  4. pH (5% slurry): ~7

  5. Purity: ~98.9%

Purpose

Reinforcing filler for mechanical rubber goods, improving tensile and tear strength, abrasion and cut resistance, and flex-fatigue life, while helping to control heat build-up and maintain good surface finish and dimensional stability.
