SilGre was founded by Sudheer Yadati and Prudhvi Raj Dasaraju to build a “waste‑to‑wealth” silica platform from Miryalaguda, Telangana. Backed by technical guidance from CSIR–IICT, we focus on high‑purity, export‑grade precipitated silica made from locally available waste streams.

Our story

SilGre began with a simple question: What if the world’s waste could power its cleanest materials?

Every harvest season, mountains of rice husk were burned or dumped, releasing carbon and choking nearby villages. While most people saw a nuisance, the founders of SilGre saw a hidden crystal lattice of possibility: ultra‑pure silica locked inside agricultural waste. With a background in advanced materials and a stubborn belief that industry and ecology can work together, they set out to unlock it.

After years of experiments, failed batches and midnight recalibrations, the team cracked a breakthrough process that transforms rice husk ash into some of the purest precipitated silica on the market—without the heavy environmental cost of traditional mining and energy‑intensive routes. What once left scars on land and air now becomes high‑performance silica that strengthens tyres, protects life‑saving medicines, enables next‑generation semiconductors and improves the durability of construction materials.
